House Rules
1.) Management reserved the right to make decisions in the spirit of fairness. Even if a strict interpretation of the rules may indicate a different ruling.
2.) Floor person’s decision is final.
3.) Using profanity or threatening language is strictly prohibited.
4.) All games are table stakes.
5.) Using other language except English during a deal is not allowed.
6.) You must protect your own hands at all times.
7.) A check raise is permitted at all times.
8.) Verbal declaration in turn is binding.
9.) String raises are not allowed.
10.) A player must show both of his cards to win any part of the pot, whether they are used in the final hand or not.
11.) Card speaks.
12.) Show one, show all. If only a portion of the hand has been shown, there are no requirements to show any of the unseen cards.
13.) Bringing out of the chips is prohibited.
14.) Players may not be away from the table for more than 20 minutes.
15.) In an “All in” situation, all the hands involved must be faced up.
16.) All players must act in turn.
17.) One player to hand rule.
18.) Cards that are clearly identifiable may be retrieved and be ruled a live hand at floor’s discretion.
19.) Unnecessary comments that could affect the action of players not in the hand are not allowed.
20.) No splashing of the pot.
21.) Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited.
22.) Side betting (UZI) and Collusion (“Sampalok-Balikbalik”) are strictly not allowed.
23.) Anyone caught cheating will be asked to leave the poker room and all his chips will be forfeited.
24.) All deadly weapons are not allowed.
25.) For every destroyed/marked card, players are required to pay for the whole deck worth P500.00, otherwise, he will be subject to banning.
